THANK YOU AUSTRALIA

To search for freedom, we escaped from our country, facing difficulties and challenges in our own lives when leaving all beloved behind...

We did not foresee afterwards the disappointment, the tempest and the pirates… - the other side of the ocean - were the merciful hands, the generous hearts and the compassionate eyes keep watching to save us...

How miraculous are the mercy of the Australian people and the Australian government to our Vietnamese refugees, just as the extended loving arms from God to human being!!!

“Thank you Australia” - Sculptured by Le Phu.

This sculpture depicts a refugee boat in a stormy tempest...
Appeared in the roaring waves is the picture of the arms with Australian flags forming small waves – that symbolise for the difficult struggles of the Australian people, the Australian parliament, especially of the Prime Minister Malcolm Frazer who made strong decision to save our Vietnamese refugees to settle down on the shores of peace and freedom.

God still sustains us through the generous hands of the Australians.
Thank you the Australian government and the Australian people.
